Neglecting DA

I neglect DA A LOT. Yes, I do.
I'm going to try to not do that anymore, maybe. I just need to introduce myself to new people and all of that jazz... and probably post some work but that's pretty inexistent right now.
Also, I have come to the realization that I have been in school 6 months now and I haven't learned ANYTHING. It's sad. I'm paying to go to school, and I haven't learned a damn thing. I'm no better at drawing than I was when I started...it's quite disappointing. I sort of want to try out another school, but my father thinks I should give it at least another year before going somewhere else... (although there really isn't anywhere else to go...)
I also thought about changing my program and just go into linguistics but I feel as though I might regret that.

Oh yes, I'm also a year older. Exactly 10 years ago (by exactly I mean a year and 10 days ago) I got a kitten for my birthday. Those were the good days.... anyways... DON'T LET ME NEGLECT DA. I DON'T KNOW WHO I'M ADDRESSING MYSELF TO, NO ONE READS THIS!

I've been neglecting for a while too. I have like 400 deviations to look at etc and the more I try to get out the more that come in! :faint: what to do?!! But yeah, I dont learn much either, really. And i have forgotten 80% of everything I learned in highschool :|

Yeah! but highschool isn't the same... In university, I thought they would teach me drawing techniques and how to work with clay and what not. They don't.
And it's really not as bad when you neglect DA because you have such a huge network going on. I don't so it only makes the case worse when I don't get on for 3 months haha. I find it's even harder to get into it after that...

I do!! and you are missed around here.... awww im sorry about school, but theres always something new to learn every day, not only from school!! so cheer up and be patient, usually the first year in schools is to get even with all the students, and the rest is to learn!! be patient, i know things will be great for you!! :hug:

I don't think the first year of university focuses on getting everyone on the same page, but we will seee...thanks for being all optimistic
